My entire career has been spent in Leadership roles and more recently Governance. I was blessed to have found the Woolworths trainee management program at the tender age of 19 and this laid a foundation of business leadership. I have won awards for workplace culture and held Global CEO positions. The REACH business has transformed over the past 3 years and we are bloody proud how we are turning up for NZ business. We passionately believe in tangible marketing first and digital second. Fun facts ..I own a Triumph motorcycle, used to do showjumping and managed pubs in the UK at one point. I also love playing Poker..I am also the deputy chair of Make A Wish NZ (incoming chair June 23) and sit on 4 boards. This is about giving back to NZ.
