If you are building a stage, sometimes you have only got one or two people in the audience, and other times you’ll have hundreds or even thousands.
Let them come in their own time by being consistent and continuing to build that stage.
If your message is clear and consistent and you’ve good people around you (your 100 or more), the rest will come.
