Video journaling is essentially the same as journaling, but in front of a camera.
So what I want you to do is at the start of your day, as soon as you get up, prop your phone
up and hit record, talk to your camera about what you're doing that
day, what you're feeling and what your goals are and basically every single morning and do
that and eventually you'll start feeling more comfortable just being around the camera.
That's the point of this.
But also this isn't going anywhere.
This is literally just in your phone for you to watch back.
What you will find is it will go either one of two ways for the first day, it will either go on for
ages like 10 minutes, you'll be waffling to the camera or it will go on for 10 seconds because you'll be like, my
name is joe blogs and today I'm doing this and then you'll panic, right, that's okay, That's the point.
And every day you do it, you're becoming more comfortable to the point where you're just completely
oblivious to the fact there's a camera.
Um and that, that's kind of in a nutshell, but there's a lot of, I
guess psychology behind it
