stories is what called called a fairer more content.
And one of the reasons I love stories is a great for teaching you how
to get used to video.
So tomorrow in Harrison's podcast with me, one of the things he talks about is is if you're
terrified of video, I don't know if there's anyone here who's terrified of video, but if you are
terrified of the video, um one of the best things you can do is grab your phone and do
video journaling for a month.
Well basically you just jump on the phone And you put the camera on and you just say hello
to yourself and chat.
And the minute you start feeling stressed, you stop for the day and then you just do it again the next day and
after a month you'll feel a lot more comfortable so that it might be a really cool little tip for you.
But I find stories are great too because stories disappear after 12 hours, 24 hours.
