and with black friday, if you're gonna do black friday, go hard but go hard with only
a few skews, so have products that you've either had up for a long time, they've been sitting
around, haven't moved or super specials or things that you have on high margins all the
time.
And those are the products you discount, making sure you still get profit out of them, you discount them
within the into the profit that you're allowed to have in that margin and those will
drive sales for other things because once people get those bargains, they feel that
they feel like they're also getting a discount on the full price stuff.
So use those specifically around those special times, you don't need them as much,
hopefully leading up to christmas because that buzz starts coming and people started just getting that need.
